Personal Assistant (PA) to the Head of College

Full time, permanent 

Grade 9 Point 24 

Salary £33,024 

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, dynamic, innovative PA to join our highly successful, oversubscribed school, supporting the Head of College. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with a proven track record in a PA role to a senior manager, either in an educational or business environment. We are looking for a flexible, proactive and positive individual who understands the importance of teamwork, good leadership, effective systems and processes with a determination to ‘get things done’. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must. 

This is a key role within the College, you will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. For an initial extended period (likely until January / February 2025), you will work with, and alongside, the CEO’s PA (the current post holder) as you settle into this exciting leading role. The position is varied and includes line management of the Admin Team. The ability to prioritise, work independently and multitask is essential. Attention to detail is paramount for this role. Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought in addition to good ICT skills.
