Lockers

If your child wishes to have access to a student locker, once your ParentPay account is activated, please purchase a locker, which is a non-refundable payment of £10.00. This charge will cover the use of the locker throughout your child’s compulsory schooling at the College.

The deadline date for payment is Friday 3 July 2026.

If you miss this deadline date, the locker payment will be available again after the summer holidays, but your child may not receive their locker key during the first couple weeks of September 2026. The cost of replacing a lost key is £2.00. We encourage your child to use an easily identifiable key ring to help us find and return lost keys.

If your child is in receipt of Free School Meals from September 2026, they will receive a £10.00 refund if purchased before the July deadline. If your child is in receipt of Free School Meals, from September 2026, and you wish to have a locker, you will be eligible for a free locker.

The staff at the College reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to open and inspect a locker.

The College accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought onto the College site. All users should be discouraged from bringing valuable items into the College. If this is unavoidable, special arrangements should be made in advance for temporary safe keeping.
