Open Evening for Year 6 Prospective Parents

On Thursday 9 October 2025 we held our annual Open Evening for Year 6 prospective parents. The evening was a resounding success with around 1000 visitors joining us and we want to thank you for taking the time to visit our school.
Mr Gilligan led the presentations in the Main Hall and was ably assisted by several of our fantastic students. Over the course of the evening, everyone was able to tour the College and see Arthur Mellows at its best. As well as having the opportunity to speak with members of staff, there were many students on hand to share the fantastic opportunities open to our young people and it was testament to them that so many had given up their evening to showcase the school.
We want to express a huge thank you to everyone involved in the event and we look forward to seeing many new students in September.
The amazing Presentation Team were Malaika Cowdell, Lexi Loades, John Weston and Harry Fuller from Year 7, Isla Joyce from Year 9, William Stainton-Roberts from Year 11, Jessica Pilcher, Kelvin Owusu and Hayley Bow from Year 13.
